Habs decline. In the short-medium term, Hart isn't an upgrade to Monty. In the long term, MTL finally has good options in the pipeline, especially Fowler

Hurricanes also decline. No way they move Necas when philly is trying to cap dump with deangelo instead canes will give up an unsigned prospect like nikita gustlistov, vladimir grundinin, or kevin wall.
