Can't see either Winnipeg or Chicago making that Pionk deal. Don't think the Jets see him as a cap dump. Can't see the Hawks spending over $13m in actual salary over the next two seasons for a 3rd pair D man. I guess Hawks might consider it just from a flip standpoint. Retain half on Pionk and flip him for more picks but that seems like a longshot.

The news from Pagnotta and trying to do multiple ACGMs with a PLD extension without success made me question this Pagnotta tweet right away. BTW every other source quotes Pagnotta. All the known insiders have been silent today with PLD. That is a red flag.
