Seattle will spend that 8M re-signing Dunn before they bring in OEL.

OEL doesn't deserve that money or term. Give Dunn a 7x7 or something instead.

I could see Seattle signing OEL and OEL wanting to go to Seattle to have the opportunity to pay back Vancouver, but it'll be on a cheaper 1 or 2 year deal if he's coming to Seattle and would be less than half of that for AAV. Also I can't see Calgary accepting that offer for Hanafin, but I'd probably take it if I were Seattle. However I don't see Seattle trading for Hanafin and signing OEL. Seattle will be keeping Dunn, and they will want a path for Evans to come up this year too.
