You think that is a realistic Pesce trade? Carolina would reject that and trade him somewhere else. He doesn't have any trade protections and even as a rental they can get more.

I dont think the Ceci or Kulak contracts are considered assets. Especially by smart money Carolina.

There is no way that's a realistic offer for Brett Pesce, Hell you can barely afford Bouchard. There is no way you can offer Pesce's asking price of 8 x $6,500,000.

this a rental deal done at the trade deadline with the Canes are out of the playoff picture no resign needed
