You think it will cost to drop Yammy but also think that you will get assets for Ceci and Foegele?

yes I do, yams has basically no value. Ceci can be a good bottom pairing dman, he's played tough minutes the last couple years

Fair enough I just thought it was odd given age/contract/etc did not realize how far Yams had fallen.

Lowballing on most the contracts but other than that it’s a nice roster

yea I feel bad for the guy, especially after the 2019 season where he put up a ppg almost. Seems like injuries really got him

Toews one isnt to bad, browns contract is definitely a low ball but maybe takes a cut to play with McDavid?

I think barbashev will have a ton of interest so that one to but ya I think brown will look for a little term as well as he made 3 mil last year. Also he probs wouldn’t get that many looks with McDavid

He'd definitely get looks with McDavid, their right side is to thin for him to not get some time with him. He's also only played 68 games in the last 2 years and hasn't proved much at all, so he definitely wont get term or a raise

In this scenario Ceci is a cap dump. I don’t think SJ is sending a pick here But we will take the dump for the 6th.

im a habs fan so idk exactly how Edmontons cap situation works, but it seems as if you're handing out significant low ball offers.

its reported dahlin will sign a 10 million dollar per year extension, you think Bouchard sees that and accepts 3.2 million? even if its a bridge, he could def make more. barbashev is having a monster playoff run, he could easily make more than 5 million on the open market. Luke schenn is staying with toronto

Darnell nurse signed a 2 year 3.2 million bridge deal in 2018, Dahlin also signed a 3 year 6mil aav prior to his "new" deal. given edms cap, a 3x2 or 3.5x2 would be reasonable
