Do Leafs fans genuinely think there's a chance they get Seider? Like at all?

No. Even if B’s wanted to, and they don’t. Cap.

The answer is most definitely no, though.
Bad value and a stupid concept for Detroit to trade a 22 y/o #1 RD for a 28 y/o top liner.

Detroit isn't trading Seider. Period.

Tell me, Shannyplan, tell me why Detroit would do this?

Leaf fans continue to be delusional. I wouldn't trade Seider for anyone on Toronto.

Brodie is absolutely better than Zadorov, Calgary declines because they are in a cap crunch

TJ isn't the same as he was when he played in CGY. I don't see every game here in Europe, but the few that I saw IMO Big Z was the better player (last season) and for the long run

Daily reminder because it keeps happening (I am so tired): if your ACGM has a deal with Detroit and it includes Seider or Raymond, just scrap it. There is 0% chance either of those 2 are going anywhere as of now

That TK trade waters down to two 1sts and cap dumps, so no thanks.

However the elephant in the room is that Red Wings trade. Stevie Y would personally fly out to Toronto just to deliver a hand written letter asking you to never contact him or his son again.

TJ has become more like Tanev. He has been one of the best defensive defensemen in the league over the last couple years, his offense has fallen off a bit as a result though

Why are so many Seider to the Leafs proposals popping up? Was there some idiotic rumour by some C-list beat writer or something that I missed?

Seider is untouchable. He's a top 15 asset in the NHL.

Every Hart trade on this site...

"Here take a pile of meh and give us Hart because we don't want to give up anything of real value."

There will be a bidding war for Hart so better get ready to pony up a top pick/prospect (Leafs don't have any)
