not gonna get raty back for free. poolman is LTIR so you expect the canucks to add a 5.5 guy while giving up one of our best prospects when we aare already over the cap?

Sorokin for Bratt would be interesting scenario. But not sure we would also pay for Varlamov’s rights. Still got Vanecek and Schmid back home.

Van doesn't so that. Trade makes no sense. They arent just going to give back what they got for Horvat. If they wanted JGP they would have got him then.

Canucks decline. Pageau could be an interesting add as 3C if he was making $2 mil, but we don't have the cap room for him and we certainly aren't giving up one of our only good prospects for him either.
