Caught the highlights of Thrun's first game tonight, helped the Sharks beat the Golden Knights at SAP center in OT.

2 assists, 2 blocked shots, got time on the PK. Really think we are going to rue loosing him, though it was somewhat out of Verbeek's hands, I can understand why he wanted to go somewhere that he had a better shot at not being buried in the depth chart, but he plays a really complete game, it stings to loose talent you hit on outside the first round.

Here's to hoping Thrun drags San Jose to some more wins and that causes us to win Bedard.
