Coyotes deadline

Salary Cap Mode: Basic
Description
First trade I thought about for a while and I decided without including Byfield or Turcotte this is probably the only way the Coyotes can get the kind of value they're looking for. I'm sure Kings' fans won't like me giving up Durzi but otherwise the package feels a bit light to me.

The last 3 trades I wasn't really sure what trading partners to pick, but the values are all about what I'd expect for the guys being moved, give or take a little.

I'd give a decent prospect for Bjugstad honestly, something more secure than what to expect with a 4th. He will be heavily bid on for his services based on his salary.

Yeah his production this year makes that deal a nice bargain. It seems Arizona prefers picks to prospects but I could definitely see him fetching a 3rd, maybe with a later pick or other throw in on top of it

Bjugstad is more of a fit for NY than Ritchie is. I’m hoping the rangers get him

Oh yeah I can see how going with Jake Leschyshyn as your 4C would be less than ideal

On the contrary. I think Durzi is one of the desired pieces to move due to his value. However, this is heavy by one 2nd round pick, and I don't think the Kings are willing to trade their 2023 1st.

Switch the first to 2014 and the second to 2013 and it works

I was suggesting to switch the 1st to 2014 and drop the 2nd. If you also want the 2nd, then I think you need to change Durzi to Grans.

Oh interesting, good to know. I figured they might try to switch him out for a Roy or Walker but the Coyotes would definitely prefer a younger guy.
