Rick Nash.

Let's assume Rick Nash waives his no trade clause and the Rangers are willing to get rid of him. How much of his salary are the Rangers willing to retain and what would they be expecting in return. The guy is handy but I can't imagine the price being too high.

Based on the cap hit, and production I would assume that he could be picked somewhere between what the Leafs paid for Boyle (A prospect and a second round pick) and less than what Minny paid for Hanzel (first and third/prospect). I think those are the high end and low end are but GMs are probably going to be losing their mind in a little bit.

He is worth close to nothing. 15 goals at 7 million is horrible. Maybe they can get a guy like Zach Bogosion

Sure, Bogosian is a bad contract, but that wouldn't be too bad. Bogosian is a top 4 defenseman even though his contract is too big.
