It's taken me a while, but I have become a HUGE Brodin fan and definitely do not want him traded or lost to the expansion draft, but...rumors continue that he might be shopped instead of lost for nothing so...

Flyers Pass. Not giving up Gudas and a 1st rounder for Spurgeon. Add Kaprizov and Greenway and maybe you could keep the pick. I'd take Gudas over Spurgeon for the Flyers since we already have guys like Ghost and only have Gudas to play the tough minutes after Provorov.

Sounds like Dallas isn't interested in Brodin for the #3 pretty sure they can get better.

Kaprizov AND Greenway??? That's laughable! They are two of the most touted prospects in all of hockey.

Not a Wild or Flyers fan but the fact someone said they would take Gudas over Spurgeon is hysterical. Have you ever seen Spurgeon play? Then to say we already have Ghost, Ghost couldn't pass water bottles to Spurgeon.....

Thank You Spurgeon is one of the most under rated defense men in the NHL absolutely worthy of a top-2 role.

Brodin is the Wild's #3 defenseman and is willing and able to take over a top-2 role in any organization. The stars NEED that more than anything right now if they want to contend with Benn in is prime; and after the Taylor Hall Trade it shows how valuable a Top pairing defender is.

I'm not a fan of these trades but they are fair and somewhat realistic. Nino and Granlund are underpaid IMO they need at minimum a 6x6 deal.

I wouldn't do the trade with Dallas. Their biggest flaws were goalie and defense. They fixed the issue goalie already. Brodin would do a lot to help fix the defense.

Divisional trades, I'm not a fan of unless it's rentals or minor pieces.

I'm not remotely afraid of divisional trades. If you make a deal that makes your team better...it just doesn't matter. AND, it might even add fire to, or create a rivalry...which is never a bad thing!
