If the cap went up 10M next year the Lightning could sign David Pastrnak and the Avalanche could sign Dylan Larkin

Two 2nds to get rid of 1 year of Zaitsev? Particularly after you could opt to pay his bonus which would make a small 2.5 dump. Of course Ducks fans accept

Holy cow overpayment on Chychrun, that's FOUR 1sts and TWO 2nds

Vancouver gets screwed. Boucher doesn't nearly have value this proposal implies so absolutely no point for them to trade him

Formenton won't get traded until we know. If he's totally innocent, then I wouldn't do that
