Vegas isn't going to touch Hortons contract. Hortons contract is uninsured meaning Vegas would be on hook for the whole value.

Vegas isn't going to be near the cap the first few years so they might for the draft picks they'll need to stock their system. It is a big cost so might have to give a decent prospect, but I'd be okay with that.
