Sandin Offer Sheet

Created by: DevilsFanZack13

Description
Just wondering if a team like Seattle would go and offer sheet Ramus Sandin. If they offer him 4mil for 1 year I have a hard time believing Toronto would be able to match that. Plus it would only cost Seattle a 2nd round pick. Then Seattle could be like Carolina with KK and offer him a long term contract after. Let me know what you guys think.

As a leafs fan, I think they would be super smart to do that. Leafs can't match anything higher than 2.5 mil with so many needs elsewhere

It would be hard to do with a 1 year term. Leafs have ongoing cap troubles but have already made space for this offseason. Matching a 1 year term wouldn't be hard for them to do. Making it 3-4 years is what would make Toronto think twice about it.

As a Leafs fan, would you say as of this moment, Sandin doesn't even have a spot on the blue line?

Why not just make it a long term deal in the OS?

Unless Muzzin is moved then he is the odd man out unfortunately with Giordano (which is stupid because Sandin is the future) but no doubt his camp is pissed off about what has transpired over the last month and a half.
