Wow, yeah, that's all shades of nope from the leafs. Every trade save the holl one is a massive loss, especially the Miller one and that cop contract will age like a mayfly

Lol, 3 1sts, two 2nds a top prospect and more for a rental and a 7th d and you're saying the Canucks aren't all over this?

not saying its bad value, canucks would accept this in a heartbeat. but they are looking for young players. if they made this deal 2/3 of those firsts would be flipped. just not what the nucks need

Even though we want young impact players, there is zero chance the Canucks reject this. THREE 1st round picks, a good RHD prospect, and two 2nds is absurd. Leafs wouldn’t do it though

VAN and TOR don't make good trade partners for a Miller trade.

Thank you

A lot of leafs fans will just trade away our best prospects and wish for it to happen, like when we got muzzin. And then call for our Gm to be fired when those prospects turn into good players. Like durzi, this is what it’s reminding me of, accept miller is a better player and niemela is a better prospect

And it's not like the wing slot next to Tavares and Nylander is that pressing of a need when Knies should be a full time NHLer next year. I'd be more willing to trade those prospects for a legit number 1 goalie or just hold onto the young pieces and try and draft a good goalie. Curtis Sanford is a great hire and will do wonders for your goalies. He had a massive role in turning Martin into our backup next year after he was acquired for nothing and did wonders for Demko's development in the AHL

I think the slot next nylander and JT is set, Robertson should be full time next year
