Just my thoughts, but:
-Not a lot of sense in giving Comtois away for nothing. The hand injury/surgery/Eakins playing him with scrubs every night were all (quite likely) the major factors in his downswing this year. Too young/too much upside to just dump.
-I mean, I feel like we'd have to take that Leafs trade, but my immediate thought would be "What happens when Nylander decides to walk after 2 years? If the team isn't contending in 2023-24, do you risk losing him for nothing? Posting a Gibby trade on here typically brings out the worst in people though, so be prepared
-Yes, fire Derek Grant into the sun...Dallas Eakins needs to have his favorite toy taken away from him so that Zegras can play with actual hockey players.
-I don't think a) Lucic waives, or b) they include Zary, but I'd take it.

Echoing my esteemed colleague @Lenny7, no reason to give away Comtois for nothing or 5 years of Gibson for 2 years of Nylander when we won't get a sniff at the playoffs this season or close to them in Nylander's last season. I'd take the Calgary trade but, as my friend says, I don't think Calgary will offer it.

If the Blues trade Barby, they'd take that and run. Hell, they might do it anyway just for the trade chip.

Blues would have to trade some forwards to make space for Comtois. Value wise they take it easily
