If Bergeron retire they should not rebuild from scratch, but work around the core of Pastrnak/Mcavoy/Carlo/Swayman. Trade older guys, miss playoffs for 2 years and wait for the young guys to come in.

Don't think about playoffs if your first two centers are Copp and Coyle.
