Description

They shouldn't have been this bad this season. They weren't playoff caliber but they should've finished much better. Goaltending completely collapsed and was AHL caliber. They were actually 4th in shots against which is pretty good for an expansion team. Yeah they had trouble scoring, but Grubauer and Driedgar didn't help them at all.

They want a top 6 goal scoring fwd which will be done via free agency or trade. They also want a top 4/ top 6 puck moving defence which they could get in free agency, make a trade for, or call up ryker evans

Blow it up. Trade players that have value for draft picks and use those draft picks to build around Beniers. They have a legit number 1 center in him which is a really good start for an expansion team.

The top priority is to find a way to move on from one of their goalies. I think that Driedger makes the most sense. Then they will be able to evaluate their team better. If they still suck, I'd fire the coach with all of the quality candidates out there right now

Blow it up and start over.

Seattle has a lot of nice pieces that would entice other teams.

Get more picks and build from scratch. This team isn't going anywhere for a long time. They aren't as fortunate as Vegas.
