agreed, given the following season they'll have a lot more cap space I can see them adding all sort of attainable bonuses for bergeron and worrying about any overages being charged to the following years cap hit. I also think he'll take less in 1 year deals if the team is willing to try and add pieces, he's about winning not about getting paid.
