Gio likes it here and could take the spezza deal
Liljegren and Sandin prolong their money deals for one year to give the leafs cap relief for a year
Kadri likes it here and could come back
Korpisalo coming off an awful year signs a one year prove it deal
Engvall and Mikheyev take cheaper deals to buy in and win
Husso could get more but he is still unproven and just had a bad playoff run so the leafs could get him at this price

Over the cap with 20 man roster probably lose mikeyev tbh and play abuzz there for a younger player making less and lose Engvall too tbh you need a 23 man roster under the cap for flexibility with injuries and you have none of that at 20 so an injury and you're screwed

Kadri turns 32 in october and this season was literally the first one he's had over 60 points. I love the guy but that term and money for someone who is very unlikely to produce at this level ever again is way too rich

I'm fine giving him less. I thought people would be saying I gave him too little but I'd love to have that number under 7

If I’ve said it once I’ve said it a hundred times.

Any AGM that requires multiple trades of bottom of the line up players for picks is an unrealistic AGM.

All of those players you traded away can be found in free agency without giving up assets

Yeah 20 man roster and over the cap, Plus low balled about 5 players. Yeah somehow this isn't going to cut it.
