    Lehner is never coming back to Buffalo and the Sabres shouldn’t want him anyway. If Buffalo is taking on JVR’s contract they are getting paid to do it. I like Marino a lot, but that is a very heavy price to pay to get him.

    Vegas can retain half of Lehner’s salary and send us another first rounder and I still wouldn’t Lehner back. Lehner probably feels the same

    Don't want anything to do with Lehner. But I do like your 2nd trade with LA. Makes to much sense, especially with Johnsons Father as there developmental coach.

    Not sure if Philly just wants to give away a 25 goal scorer but I guess c’learning cap helps

    They’d need to find two trade partners otherwise. One to take on JVRs cap for a late pick, one to pay for JVR (probably a 2nd) so it would be easier to just to this

    You're not getting Marino for that.

    Pens don't need goalie prospects, and the picks don't even come close to making up that value.
