All are great except for lehkonen. He would get barron + kaut / 2nd no matter what. Or else Habs keep him. I would like a different RD prospect from LA like durzi or faber, but great job 👏

No thanks from LA. If you want Spence, you're not getting Vilardi or a 1st. Spence and a 2nd the Kings might consider.

Chiarot for Spence is a reasonable idea.

Vilardi for the retention isn't.

Uhh where, pray tell, did you get the notion that Chiarot's value "continues to grow"?

If that's the price for Lehkonen then teams are going to be staying far, far away.

That's just not true, Coleman at least was good on offense, and we're not giving up our best defensive prospect for him.

No lol, I'll give you Kaut and a 2nd, because that's what he's worth. 3rd liners don't get top prospects.

Coleman could also play center. There’s the second thing that Coleman has over Lehk.

Dude, you cannot pick a crappy trade and call that the gospel comparable. Pull it together. Finally.

With how fast chiarots value "continues to grow" he'll be worth makar and Mackinnon by the trade deadline

Spence and one of our Pittsburgh thirds for Chiarot makes sense.

Gabe Vilardi : 31 points in 71 games = almost 0.44 points per game
Cole Caufield : 15 points in 43 games = almost 0.35 points per game

If you're not disappointed in Caufield, we're not disappointed in Vilardi.

Avs need to add. Mack, Makar, Rantanen, Girard and Newhook for Byron, Chiarot, Gallagher and Price.

Habs wouldn't do spence + 3rd. Anyway you have so many center prospects, you could trade him.
Vilardi + Spence (grans if you prefer sending him) for chiarot + 3rd

On that theory, you have so many crummy underperforming forwards, you could afford to include Caufield in the deal: Vilardi and Spence for Caufield and Chiarot.

What kind of reasoning is that?

The point that we're all trying to din into you is that Vilardi >> Chiarot and Montreal's 2022 third, just as you'd much rather have Caufield than Chiarot and your 2022 third.
