Playoff Lineup without Fowler

Created by: awatt
Team: 2016-17 Anaheim Ducks
Initial Creation Date: Apr. 5, 2017
Published: Apr. 5, 2017
Salary Cap Mode: Basic
Description
Fowler left the game last night with a knee injury. Reports have him as day to day.

I'm thinking it is more serious than that. I expect him to be out most of this playoff run and we will have to see what is going to happen in the off-season with the expansion draft.

Big blow. Still amazing how deep this team, especially the D, is.

Absolutely.

Stoner should be cleared to play soon and that will help with the physical play. IF Fowler does come back, I hope we sit Bieksa instead of Theodore or Montour. Those 2 kids played extremely well the last 2 games and it makes me excited for our future.

That injury on Fowler looked bad, I think it will be more serious. But agreeing with the others Anaheim is very deep on the D even without Fowler. they could still make a solid run for it, I just don't want the Ducks to play the Flames in the 1st round

See, as a Ducks fan, I want Calgary in the first round now after all this. We will see though, you either get the Ducks, Oilers, or Blackhawks. We are probably the more preferable matchup.
