doesnt solve the center ordeal. it actually hurts the bruins quite a bit to send coyle out. i think without a corresponding center move there no chance coyle moves, he would also have to waive to be moved.

No, look closer, the Oilers also get the Pens 2nd and 5th in the 2022 draft, if it was just Kapanen I wouldn't be considering it okay from Edmonton's perspective.

Yes, but they're giving up their 1st. Yamamoto and Kapanen are probably similar value players (Kap a little better offensively, Yamamoto without the puck), but the inclusion of the Oiler 1st round pick is just way too much here.

I don't see the risk or tradeoff as being that bad but okay.
