So Firstly: Trading Price is Sacrilege... but - If we can get Bishop signed and the return of a superstar Center to me it's a done deal (We've needed a "Seguin" caliber for years).

So after that move clearing the cap of Emelin and Plekanec happens (preferable by trade but realistically no one would take Plekys deal, Emelin is probable with retained cap and the pick motivation)
Beaulieu i'd love to keep but with the outlook of him demanding a 3+ cap I think we're better to lean on the depth MB brought in and let him go in Expansion

Markov gets a 2 year at 4.5, hopefully giving him the balance of value and time to retire a Hab

Kulikov is a "E. Staal" chance contract, hopefully he bounces back with health and gets big minutes with Habs (alternative we bring up Sergachev and maybe move Kulikov for a pick at deadline, drop on waivers)

Cap thoughts:
So with those deals in mind, we resign Radulov to a higher cap for 2 years to allow the room to resign both Seguin and Pac, who will likely command all of the 6.8 Radu earns (Seguin 9+ & Pac 7+) in 2 years time. There's a lot of contracts coming off the books over two years and the focus are Pac/Seguin, I do believe that the flexibility is present to keep this lineup nearly in-tact.
More so, This looks like a roster that can make it to the East final the next couple years and actually challenge for a cup - that success will make the re-signings harder.
