I'll try to keep the explanations brief

Leivo Matthews Nylander: I know some people love Hyman on this line still, but his true skill has been exposed recently. Leivo can provide the same energy, physicality, dirty work, but has much better puck skills and is an underrated shooter

Komarov Kadri Brown: Offensive output isn't this lines purpose. They can definitely score, but continue to put them against teams top lines

JVR Bozak Marner: Unlike above, this lines purpose is to score. Play them against easier opposition (none of them are very good defensively)

Hyman Boyle Soshnikov: Don't kill me, but Martin has continued to play poorly. Hyman can match his energy, and is far better defensively

Gardiner Zaitsev: The rielly zaitsev pairing has fallen apart, but these two have looked much better together

Rielly Polak: I'm not a huge fan of Polak, but its clear Rielly needs a "stay-at-home" D as his partner. I also wouldn't be oppose to Marchenko playing with Rielly

Hunwick Carrick: Ease Carrick back into the lineup with some easier matchups with Hunwick, also wouldn't mind Marincin instead of Hunwick (I know this isn't a popular idea)

Not sure about Polak with Rielly, but I like the forwards. Too bad Babcat will never get rid of Hyman and Martin from thier spots

The fact that matthews isn't in the middle doesn't mean i have him as a winger. I just have him in that spot. ignore who's on the left, right, and in the middle.

PS: I watch the leafs more than any other team, and i watch every team pretty much.

Fair, but that still means Hyman (?) plays centre and one of bozak or Kadri is on the wing. Also you'd have to be crazy to think Gardiner isn't a top 3 D on the leafs
