Habs fans would you do this deal?

Description
Winnipeg needs help on their back end big time. We're plugged on the right side but desperately need that 2nd Pairing LHD. Enstrom just doesn't cut it anymore and is either best suited as a 3rd pairing D with Myers or we should just buy him out.

Montreal is always trying to get bigger and stronger in their forwards. Joel Armia while not a scoring machine. Is a strong skater, excellent puck control he just needs to learn how to burry those shots. He has decent offensive potential, but that will come with time. Don't let the point fool you. He should 15 goals this season.

So Beaulieu for Armia and 2 picks?

The way I see it, Montreal's left side next year will be Emelin, Sergachev and Nestertov? Which would be better with Beaulieu I know, but Nesterov is the cheaper option on a team that has to sign Radulov, Galchenyuk Price on what can only be assumed as $5 Million+ deals. So realistically I think this is a decent option for bot teams. Let me know what you think. But like I said don't let the stats do the talking on Armia, read the scouting reports, he can be a mainstay on a 3rd line with the potential to be on a 2nd line for a long time to come.

What about Adam Lowry and Ben Chiarot for Nathan Beaulieu and a 3rd?

It would be tough, and I'd say no based on he's probably winnipegs best defensive forward. I think something would have to come back from MTL for them to consider Lowry with that deal. Not opposed but not loving the idea.

Value wise sure, problem is as much as the scoring woes seem to be directed at the offense, the main reason for the lack of offense comes from our lack of puck moving dmen. Losing Beaulieu would only make this worse.

I Like Armia but playing him on the 3-4th line is not going to solve any problems for us. We need a legit top 2-4 dman coming back if we lose Beaulieu. Obviously we would need to add for that too work.
