I don't see why Beagle wouldn't want to come back to DC. He left when he wanted a payday but I see no reason for him to put DC on the no trade list.

Which team would he put on his no-trade list instead of Washington then?

I would take a pick of one of the bottom feeder teams. Or perhaps Vancouver since they dumped him

I'll take a shot in the dark and say Montreal because it's one of the bottom feeders, he doesn't speak French and he would be hit by higher taxes on his income than in Vancouver.



It wouldn't make any sense to place your own team on a no-trade list.

So, what I'm wondering is how often a player with a no-trade list can change his list

Like either mid-season or after being traded for instance.

True. I assumed that because he was traded that they would reevaluate it after but I don’t really know.
