Description
These are high profile trades and unlikely to happen for many reasons. But the Ducks and Preds my lose a top D man if they don't make moves like these. Blues trade also won't happen but value should be there. They could also try and resign shatty too if the want.

    Even IF all of this happens, youre not gonna be able to protect all those D you got in the expansion draft.

    Protect lindholm Ekholm Manson. Parayko and Myers are exempt and Franson would be signed as FA.

    First off Zaitsev, Gardiner and Johnson wouldn't be enough to get Lindholm. Why would the ducks add to extra players. If the Leafs want a shot at Lindholm it starts with Nylander and and a prospect. As for the Rielly trade it doesn't make sense for the blues. Why would they trade a D man they don't have to protect for one they would have to protect.

    Why would Nashville trade a Dmen on a great contract for one year of JVR and Bozak, and to give up a first rounder two? Myers has had a great two years of junior but few juniors jump into the NHL the following year.

    None of these are realistic, Lindholm+Manson+Stoner for Gardiner+Zaitsez+Johnson. First off no way does Murray trade both Lindholm and Manson and neither are available and Anaheim doesn't need more D coming back. and odds are great that Ekholm gets claimed by Vegas so JVR+Bozak is overpayment. And really Rielly for Parayko try more like Nylander/Marner instead at the very least.

    Lol. Look at that D core though? And lindholm and Manson for gards a Zaitsev isn't bad. They get a good top 4 D they don't have to protect (which they need). Or they trade Manson for a 2nd or risk losing him for nothing. So a top 2 D with limited offensive and a shut down D man for 2top 4 D. Not bad. Not getting Nylander. Lol.
    Parayko isn't going anywhere. I know. And Nashville needs to move Ekholm or Ellis. Or lose him for nothing. And they love to get JVR and Bozak. Resign them both. Jvr 6x6. Bozak 4x2
