Parise has already signed a deal with the NYI earlier this summer it’s just that it was never announced by Lou Lamoriello as he didn’t want other teams to know the amount of cap space he had. That’s why the Islanders signed all 4 of Beauvillier, Sorokin, Palmieri and Cizikas at the same time.
