If they trade Kaprizov, wouldn’t it be wiser to replace that offense? Another top winger? Or a good winger and a center?

Wild seem to be in good shape in defense for next couple of years…and have some good prospects coming.

If you’re gonna move Kaprizov, I think the Wild would insist on Newhoom being a key piece. Newhook and Girard sounds like a fair deal too, but that could just be me. I like it.

Props to the OP for recognizing Makar is absolutely worth more than Kaprizov. From a pure talent perspective, I think the Wild would need to add a piece slightly better than ORourke but the idea is very interesting.
