I've wondered about Werenski to LA too but I'd imagine it starts likely with Turcotte or Vilardi. Although I've also been told by some fan on here that Werenski wants to play close to home in Michigan so he might not sign in LA long term. Not sure how much I fully believe that source but regardless the price is going to be substantially high.

Answer to the title question, no Werenski trade is fair, just like no Eichel trade is fair. The thing most fans don't realize is "fair trades" for star players don't happen. Teams just try to mitigate their losses.

Too much at this phase, if I were to take a guess 2021 - 8th overall, Kupari, Madden, Grans. These guys all need a chance to play before they are moved off though, so Kings don't do it.

IMO the rebuilding Kings shouldn't be spending much on a player who can be a UFA in two years. Maybe a contender
