So the Ducks would essentially be trading their 2014 10th OA pick and a 5th rounder to reacquire their 2014 38th OA pick. Yep, that’s pretty much par for the course.

You can't use the draft pedigree argument for players that were drafted 7 years ago lmao.

Just pointing out the convoluted nature of this trade. All the Ducks would have to show for the Nick Ritchie trade was the player they had drafted after him.

Hilariously, Pettersson is a great fit on the ducks.

I wonder what it would take to get Troy Terry since he's apparently in trade rumors for some reason. Good defensive numbers in his young NHL career with some upset there.

Also wonder if Getzlaf would be willing to waive his NMC to play for Burke again.
