A. Designate Arizona's "winning" lottery combinations as redraws

For example:

If Arizona gets 10 "winning" combinations out of 1000 and the drawing for either of the 3 picks is won by Arizona (say 2 5 9 10 and 12), then there is a redraw.



B. Allow Arizona to "participate" in the draft lottery

For example:

If Arizona "wins" the 1st overall pick and Owen Power is the BPA by unanimous consensus, the team that wins the 2nd overall pick would have the opportunity of drafting Owen Power.



C. Bettman makes a grandstanding spectacle of himself by making a speech before the Draft Lottery gets underway that "cheating will not be tolerated under his watch."



D. Allow the draft proceedings to skip over Arizona's pick

For example:

If Seattle is picking at 3, Arizona is "picking" at 4 and Vancouver is picking at 5, then whoever would have been picked at 4 by Arizona is actually picked at 5 by Vancouver.

Then the draft proceeds as if nothing ever happened.
