If he keeps it up, i don’t see how they bump ritchie out of the top six. I’ll have to eat crow on that one.

He's not been great at 5v5 with Krejci and has done most of his damage on the PP. If L1 didn't get touched and they keep rolling 11-13-12 then Ritchie is either 2LW (which hasn't worked at 5v5) or 4LW who plays PP1

Thats actually a really good point I was gonna comment cmon you cant demote ritchie, but this is true. Also he could finally spark that 4th line too... while keeping his PP minutes

heres the thing though. unless they just leave bjork as a healthy scratch he has to pass waivers to go to taxi squad where frederic and studnicka dont. I heard pastrnak might be available for saturdays game but who knows. After last nights injury to debrusk you might not have to move ritchie off of the 2nd line. no idea how long kase is out either.

I'd leave Bjork as a scratch as he's a LW/RW can play on just about any line and not hurt you. If someone starts to slip or isn't playing hard then Bjork slides in.

I have a feeling when everyone is back they bump frederic down to 4LW and put Ritchie there. Cassidy seems to really like the idea of Ritchie on that line.

He might, but the numbers on the 11-13-12 trio are very high.

I know Ritchie has struggled 5v5..but at the end of the day, Bruins are still managing to win games. I think part of the reason that second line isn't scoring 5v5 is due to Studnicka being unestablished. Studnicka isn't playing necessarily bad, but I do wonder how maybe someone like Kase can do with more time. Guy just can't stay healthy..

You might've saw my post from a day or two ago, but I recommended Debrusk to 3LW and Frederic to 4LW.

11-13-12 are killing it, but I think Debrusk on 3LW can wake him up a bit playing with Coyle and Smith. Debrusk on RW next o Marchand and Bergeron isn't working, I don' believe Debrusk can handle the off wing position. Frederic can continue playing his hard nosed style on the fourth line, I really thought that 4th line looked good with Frederic

I don't think Stud's is the problem. Krejci and Ritchie haven't had good numbers going back to last season.
