You payed over a million for KEVAN MILLER, and Chara would hardly have costed league minimum to sign. Now he's going to wear the jersey of the CAPITALS, who I at least consider to be rivals. Nice job, Don.

They have what they believe are 2 NHL ready LDs that they want to bring in the lineup. I think they should have kept Chara 1 more year and only bring up 1 of those young LD's and move Lauzon to the right.
