I would roll the dice on this.

JP would make for a nice playmate for either Fiala or Kaprizov and would be an excellent gamble on Guerin's part. Chiasson gives us some further grit for a year and another rhs to the roster, worth it for a one year rental.

I think your conditions build in some security for the Oilers that would make them feel better about trading a former #4oa pick. And, IF the conditions are met, the Wild still end up with a very good deal. Great idea!
