That Edmonton trade is horrible for Nashville. That Sens trade is a steal for Nashville.

Yakupov is a reclamation project. RNH will flourish under Nashville's system as a 2nd line defensive center, and Fayne will do better with a better defense and less workload. Ellis is good, but Ellis and a low 1st rounder makes up for RNH, and since you need to send salary back the other way why not give a decent forward in Wilson? Oilers win, but not by an insane amount. What if the 1st round pick was taken out, and Fayne was retained 50%?

Also the Sens trade is a win for Nashville but not a steal, Anderson will do well and post better stats onthe Preds than the Senators, but I only see Rinne's GAA increasing, his save percentage should stay very similar around 91.2-91.5 (He had an off 2015-2016 year).

People go look at 5vs5 sv% and HDSV% Rinne has been bad for a few years now. Goalie evaluation is seriously behind the times.

Oh and Wilson is a very very good 2 way top six forward that will score more in Edmonton and Ellis is a top pair dmen and would be easily oiler best dmen.

Nashville loses that trade easily. Look at Ellis contract it's crazy good.

And RNH by flourish do you mean his numbers will drop? He isn't very good defensively but can drive some offense and score. Nashville doesn't score so you will limit the thing he's good at. Just a terrible trade for Nashville.
