Expansion aftermath

Description
If the rules of the expansion are keeping 8 skaters, and 1 goalie and players contracts who are ending are not effected. It could go a little like this.

      You can protect either 7 forwards, 3 defensmen, and 1 goale, or 8 skaters and 1 goalie. Given that you only protected two defensemen, it would be better to go with the first option and protect:

      -Crosby
      -Malkin
      -Kessel
      -Hagelin
      -Rust
      -Nichuskin
      -Sheary/Sundqvist/Wilson

      -Dumoulin
      -Letang
      -Maata

      -Murray

      Horny can be put up for expansion because he will only have one year left and will clear some decent cap space, plus it's not certain he would get picked anyways.

      Also, each team can ONLY lose one player in the expansion, so we wouldn't lose both Fehr and Cole. No one is taking either of them either, it would be a guy like Pouliot of Hornqvist getting taken.

      I would hope they would keep horny. Guy is great for pens.
