Several issues:
1. You took 3 Rangers (Nash, Klein, Lindberg), 2 Sharks (Ward, Dillon), 3 Habs (Matteau, Scott, Emelin), 2 Sabres (Moulson, Franson) and 2 Oilers (Yakupov, Ference).
2. Vermette, Ference, and Duby have NMCs, they won't be exposed.
3. Vermette, Glendening, Franson, Scuderi, Ference, and Bernier will all be UFAs next summer. Why would an expansion team pick them, only to lose them as FA in a week?
4. This defense could be so much better. Why grab Scuderi, Ference, or Emelin when Anaheim will leave 2 of Lindholm, Vatanen, Despres and Manson available? Or why Dillon when one of Burns, Braun, Vlasic, and Martin will be available? Taking Panik at F from Chicago when TVR will be available on D?

Seriously, unrealistic roster here.
