On the Vegas Reserves page, CapFriendly says the signing rights for Mikhail Vorobyov are to expire on his 27th birthday. Vorobyov turned 27 on January 5, 2024. But Vorobyov's rights were traded on March 6th as part of Hanifin deal (after he turned 27). Perhaps rights didn't expire as he is KHL player?
Other's whose rights should be expired due to 27th birthdate

On the Mock Draft feature, I believe the lottery results sometimes end up incorrect. f a team that is slotted #12 to #16 wins the 1st lottery, the last place team should be locked into 1st overall and lottery team locked into 10-spots higher. Then from the rest of the lottery teams, the 2nd lottery is drawn. For instance, if Minnesota wins the first lottery and moves from #13 to #3, that freezes to two teams into their spot
1. San Jose
3. Minnesota
Then all the other teams end the second lottery for spots #2 and #4 thru #16. If Ottawa wins second lottery, the highest they can move up is to 2nd overall.
1. San Jose
2. Ottawa
3. Minnesota
4. Chicago
5. Anaheim
Example Here of the glitch. In this case, Minnesota and Ottawa won the lotteries and produced this order
1. Ottawa
2. San Jose
3. Minnesota
4. Chicago
5. Anaheim
IIRC there was supposed to be a small cap penalty as a result of the NHLPA/Perry resolution with the Blackhawks. Were any details of that penalty ever made public?
