Montreal isn't even going to consider offering a contract to Patrick Laine. He is a one dimensional sniper that can't play defense. For a team that emphasizes defense, Laine would end up a healthy scratch before long. We aren't going to pay those picks for a guy who wouldn't fit our system.

What do you mean he would fit our system? Tell me how Patrik Laine would fit a defensive first system that required you worry about defense first. He is a guy who can shoot the puck and do nothing else. He is a poor Mans Pacioretty except he can shoot like Ovechkin.

    3. He does more then patches and his only 20 he can still improve like all young players like you telling Drouin plays defense ever game? No but his been doing for pass 3-5 games look what he doing now he understands now

Wow I don’t understand your arguments lol they make no since at all. Tsn is not giving Patrik Laine 7.5M they neve did never will. Winnipeg would match that quite easily if you ask me. He would so not fit well with the habs defensive first system.

source for him not being happy ?

even if he isnt there is Zero F's given on how he feels until he's a UFA as outside signing offer sheets he either plays for WPG or over sea's like Radulov until he drops the arrogance .
