I dont see how this works, you need a 23 man roster and only $11,190 left to sign at least 3 players.

Take out the Shattenkirk trade, hes a UFA and may walk to New York. Besides no need to have them when Claesson/Reinheart/Englund can all race to the position now until Chabot can slid in that race

Other than that... Not too too bad, Maybe you can try and trade Phaneuf without retaining any salary :P

Ottawa doesn't have enough money to pay Stamkos. They are a budget team.

No he deosnt, he has said Western Canada to be closer to his family in Winnipeg. Look it up, its not that hard
