Wanna know why Winnipeg has lots of cap room? They don't have 5.7m on players on long term deals who aren't worth the money and will be worth even less in the future (Staal)

but taking on two young players both who had better seasons than burm is worth the bad contract of staal. plus it doesnt allow you to take cap hit. rangers would pick up some tab.
