Thats more than they got for Skinner, I am no expert on Faulk but its clear hes not the most liked in the league as a top 4 dman if hes still there and they are willing to deal him. I could be wrong though

Faulk is an spare part which alone rn lowers his value, he's coming off one of the worst years of his career, and our best played got Pu back. I'm just trying to get somewhat fair value back

Not a chance Leafs say yes. I doubt they'd part with a first rounder for Faulk. Definitely a no, they aren't interested in him.

He's an offensive dynamo, he's arguably a 1RD because of his point production, he is nice to have on teams like these. He's still the extra D man in Carolina and that still means one of the 7 need to go, Faulk imo is the odd one out, with Pesce 1RD Hamilton 2RD Faulk won't like 3rd pair minutes and he won't wanna play LD

I think this is a large over value for Faulk, considering what the haul was for Skinner. I can't see any scenario where a team is giving up a 1st for him. Maybe a 2nd and a prospect

lol its funny how I have read many of your posts for a while and you never say "you think" or "in your opinion", instead you say it as if its facts that you know and are above everyone. Its a bad look

If I'm Edmonton I don't think I would part with a first. Maybe reduce the salary retention and go with a 2nd and a bottom-6 player?

He's an offensive dynamo, he's arguably a 1RD because of his point production, he is nice to have on teams like these. He's still the extra D man in Carolina and that still means one of the 7 need to go, Faulk imo is the odd one out, with Pesce 1RD Hamilton 2RD Faulk won't like 3rd pair minutes and he won't wanna play LD

Yet there are strong rumours today Dubas called Waddell to ask about a RD....

I think this is a large over value for Faulk, considering what the haul was for Skinner. I can't see any scenario where a team is giving up a 1st for him. Maybe a 2nd and a prospect

Take bogo at half retention and it’s a deal for BUF

Ill rate it a 5 just to level out his rating...value of faulk is accurate

I know it is hard to come up with one trade much less multiple for the same player. I will only speak to the Buffalo one. It is interesting that you used the picks the Sharks sent to Buffalo so this is easy. Projecting forward would you trade Evander Kane for Faulk and O'Reagan? I would keep Kane and not make that deal. But what do I know, I am only a casual observer and may be a bit biased, but I seriously doubt Betterall would make the trade you are proposing.

lol its funny how I have read many of your posts for a while and you never say "you think" or "in your opinion", instead you say it as if its facts that you know and are above everyone. Its a bad look

That is what everyone on here does. If you want a cold hard fact, Carolina hasn't traded Faulk because the offers have been very low. Why would that be? Because he isn't as good as fans think he is and if you do some digging into his game you see some major flaws that say he isn't a top pairing defenceman but a defensively weak puck mover who belongs on a second pairing or even the 3rd pair on really good defences. He's just not nearly as good as people from Carolina want him to be.

            Edmonton says yes

And Faulk says No Talk out of Carolina is that Faulk wants to stay in the east.

That doesn't mean he's trash either, for the right price he definitely would be a solid addition but fans and management seem to think he's Subban and in reality he's closer to Jake Gardiner but scores less.

thats great he says that but he only has a 15 team no trade list. so he doesnt really have the power.
my guess is there are a coupe teams from the east on that list. Ottawa Montreal Islanders and probably Detroit at the least.
So have to have some west teams in there.
