Rask has been bad for 2 years - especially offensively. He's 3rd C at best, and may start the year at 4C. He's one of the few top paid players to be a healthy scratch last season. He's also coming off shoulder surgery.

Most likely 1C is Aho, if not him then Staal or even Necas. I don't think Martinook plays center, so Wallmark would get called up in this scenario instead of Foegle.
