I think your deals are not bad. I don't think Mtl would do that deal. They may be drafting in the top 10 again. Also, I think the Gagner deal might be a 4th rounder instead of 3rd.

Yeah it's likely MTL's will end up being a high pick. With Weber's injury and Bergervin's job on the line, I think he may make trades to try to get them back to competing rather than rebuild. Plus I'm just hoping he continues his habits of making trades that hurt in the long run lol. Gagner I agree alone is worth a 4th but throwing them back a 6th was my case on getting it bumped up.

Dallas was hoping to ship Honka in the Karlsson deal. If no Honka available, then Heiskanen would have to go.
I doubt they want to give up both.

I think Heiskanen was always in the starting price.
If Karlsson were to come in then Klingberg would slide to the 2nd pairing.
Honka's role was diminshed last year and his value has dropped since.
I don't think they would place Honka on his unnatural side.
It is a downgrade on the left side but adding karlsson is still a significant upgrade to the core.
