Description
Lots of posts here about what they should do, here's what they most likely will do. No Buch next year, resign Eric Staal, no Yandle, Marc and Girardi still here, and of course, Glass plays over better player (Fleischmann).

What? Trading Hayes for practically nothing is realistic?

      Come on now.

If Eric Staal gets that contract he would be over the moon

Agree with probably nothing can be done with Girardi or M Staal without getting bad contracts bad. But don't put the Rangers in cap hell again by signing Eric for 6m for 5 years. The following season or two when more are neede..no cap room. Lots of third line centres a lot cheaper, maybe better for short term.

Yeah I agree, this isn't all that realistic. Yes you didn't trade garbage for riches but you didn't exactly do anything else realistically either. IMHO

Yeah this is awful team management, Girardi needs to be bought out, that is realistic, and honestly so should Staal, it saves over 5 million with buyouts and with the expansion the cap should rise enough for the buyoughta not to hinder in the future especially since Nash contract is up in 2 years, right when Buch, Miller, Hayes and Skeji will need new big deal contracts. Overall bad team how this is constructed
