Hanifan is worth more than a questionable NHLers and 30th pick. Maybe the Wings should hold on their picks, they aren't going to make the playoffs anyway. Next season there are more good UFAs, make a move then.

All good except wings won't trade svechnikov & vgk pick... Change part to AA & vgk pick more likely from wings perspective...svechnikov has higher ceiling of 30-40 goal guy...AA more 20-25 goal potential but much faster & proven untapped hands in tight.. Giving up lil too much to canes in reality..but a tweak & done deal from wings side.... Or svechnikov & change the first pick to a 2/3 rd part of it..then intriguing...otherwise we're standing pat on this offer
