Are teams still allowed to offer sheet?

Yes I know teams can still offer sheet I just don't see any anymore. The last that I remember is Philly offer sheet Weber.

    Yes, offer sheets are allowed. It’s just that nobody wants to seriously overpay an RFA and pay the other team compensation picks when they could just trade for the RFAs rights for cheaper.

    Well yes it is for the Leafs which I'm a fan of. Heavily though? I don't think so.

    The Edmonton trade was a throw in I didn't look into it as long as I should have. I'll give you that one but the other 3 (cause the Anaheim one is compensation not an actual trade) weren't terrible. Minny trade was close not perfect but close.

    How is Montour in favor of the Leafs? He's getting 4.5 from the Ducks. I was comparing his contract to Fowlers orginal contract.
